Introduction

This policy describes how TX Jackson Travel handles information submitted through txjackson.com. It is an informational disclosure about this website’s practices, not a contract or legal advice.

Information We Collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect contact information such as your preferred name, email address, and phone number; trip-planning information such as travel timing, destination or cruise preferences, approximate traveler count, and questions; and reservation-transfer information such as supplier, booking number, ship, sailing date, guest names as shown on the reservation, booking status, and required acknowledgments. Cruise planning information may also include a cruise-line loyalty or member identifier when you voluntarily provide it for quote or booking preparation.

If you electronically accept the TX Jackson Travel Client Services Agreement, we may collect your name, email address, an optional inquiry reference, the agreement version and integrity hash, acceptance date and time, acceptance method, an opaque acceptance/evidence reference, and limited technical evidence such as IP address and browser or user-agent information.

Submissions may also include limited technical and request information such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, a request or submission identifier, and the submission date and time. We use this information for website security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and maintaining a reliable record of submitted requests and acknowledgments. To reduce spam and accidental repeats, the submission system may also use a short-lived digest of normalized request fields, a form-completion timing signal, and an outcome category. These anti-abuse records are not intended to create a behavioral or advertising profile and are retained only for the limited duplicate-suppression period. These details are supporting technical metadata, not proof of identity.

Please do not submit payment-card information, passport or government-identification details, passwords, supplier account credentials, PINs, medical information, or sensitive documents through these forms.

How We Use Information

TX Jackson Travel uses submitted information to respond to planning inquiries, understand the requested travel-planning service, review reservation-transfer requests, communicate about a request, document electronic acceptance of the Client Services Agreement, maintain website security and reliability, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and meet legal obligations when applicable. TX Jackson Travel does not sell personal information.

Cruise Reservation Transfer Information

A reservation-transfer submission is a request for review, not a completed transfer. Information submitted for that purpose is used to review supplier eligibility and the current booking relationship. The cruise line and any relevant travel-service organization determine whether a transfer or servicing change can occur.

Agreement Acceptance Evidence

Initial planning inquiries do not constitute acceptance of the Client Services Agreement. When a client separately uses the electronic agreement-acceptance flow, TX Jackson Travel records the agreement version and integrity information along with reasonable evidence of the acceptance event. That evidence may later be associated with a reviewed client or trip record. Agreement acceptance does not itself create a supplier reservation or authorize a supplier charge.

How Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with technology and communications providers used to operate the website, with travel suppliers or host-agency systems when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, with professional advisors when reasonably necessary, or with government and legal authorities when required by valid legal process. Once information is submitted directly to another organization or entered into its systems, that organization’s own privacy practices may apply.

Data Retention

Website inquiry and reservation-transfer submissions are generally configured to expire from the website submission system after approximately 90 days. Agreement-acceptance evidence and information associated with an ongoing or prior client relationship may be retained longer when reasonably useful for documenting the client relationship, providing service, maintaining business records, resolving questions or disputes, or meeting legal and operational obligations. Client records may be maintained separately from the website submission system. Limited residual information may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for backups, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the website, including validated requests, access controls, encrypted storage, request-size limits, throttling, and limited operational logging. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

At launch, TX Jackson Travel does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising trackers, or CAPTCHA or challenge widgets on this website. Like most hosted websites, service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site. Public submissions use lightweight server-side abuse-prevention controls, including short-lived duplicate-suppression digests, form-completion timing signals, honeypot fields, and request metadata. These controls are not fingerprinting and do not eliminate all spam risk. Any future analytics, advertising, chat, scheduling, CRM, or embedded-form integration will require a privacy-policy review before deployment.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information about you, such as requesting access, correction, or deletion. Requests may require reasonable identity verification, and some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law. Rights differ by jurisdiction.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking travel-planning services and is not directed to children to submit information on their own. An adult planning family travel may provide limited information about other travelers when reasonably necessary for planning or reservation review. The public forms do not request sensitive child information.

Third-Party Websites

This website may link to cruise lines, travel suppliers, or other websites. TX Jackson Travel does not control their independent privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each third-party website you visit or use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, data practices, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version posted on this page.
